I love the simple, effective and conversation methodology of the TAEFL program.
It's only been three weeks into my training and I already have two of my own students.

ARE YOU LOOKING
for an internationally recognized training program that prepares you to teach English as a second language?
120-HOUR TAEFL CERTIFICATE
Our program focuses on "Teaching American English as a Foreign Language".
YOU WILL GO FROM
a native speaker to a professional native teacher in 10 weeks and even have the opportunity to earn your first students after 2 weeks.
Welcome to the Buckeye English Teaching Institute
We are ready to help you get on “the road less travelled”! You have chosen an exciting profession that is in demand around the world. There are approximately 7.5 billion inhabitants on our planet and only about 500 million speak English as their first language.
The Buckeye English Teaching Institute's mission is to provide native speakers a very practical and personal ESL training program. Our graduates thrive as ESL teachers because our course is based on “learning by teaching” instead of “learning theory”.
Our 120-hour TAEFL Certificate (Teaching American English as a Foreign Language) transforms native speakers into professional native teachers in 10 weeks.
Our program is a combination of classroom, self-directed learning, observing TAEFL instructors' on line and classroom lessons, feedback sessions, lesson development and teaching practice.
