The class will be appropriate for all levels of fitness and will incorporate stretching, balance, toning and relaxation.
This will be a fun opportunity to learn about and try yoga and to practice your English.

The first hour will be an interactive discussion about yoga, health and fitness that will allow you to practice your speaking and listening skills with a native speaker and teacher.
Dress comfortably because during the second hour you will have the opportunity to participate in a yoga class conducted in English.
